PISSANO CERÁMICA reserves the right to modify the General Conditions of Use and the General Conditions of Sale to adapt them to the applicable legislation at all times, the jurisprudential novelties and the usual market practices.

The procedure that the user must follow to contract products through the website is as follows:

1º- Click on any of the tabs of the different products. On the selected product, the characteristics of the product, the sale price, the discounted price are shown. To select the product, the User must click on “Add to cart”.

2º- Once the user has added the product to the cart, they can go to the shopping cart or continue with the purchase. To go to the cart, you must click on the text “View cart”.

3º At the moment that the user decides to go to the cart, the payment process begins.

Should the payment platform decline the customers card, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the customer will be informed of the cancellation at that time online.

  1. SAMPLE ORDERING

Please order samples for you to review at home to ensure your selection fits your needs via the website. The samples will be sent to you by courier at a charge of 10 GBP for up to 4 samples and at 20 GBP for up to the maximum 8 samples. You can order the samples via the website also.

Please understand that the tiles that arrive to you may vary slightly in shade, this is because all ceramic tile productions vary in shade from one production to the next.

 

  1. DELIVERY

Our deliveries are carried out by a third party provider and as such this process is largely out of our control. However, we will make every effort to ensure that we deliver within the times confirmed and should there be any delay we will inform you using your contact details supplied.

Your delivery will need a signature on arrival, so you must ensure necessary arrangements are made to be able to accept delivery of goods. If not, it may result in the goods returning for a second attempt at delivery and charges may apply.

The Kerbside Delivery will be made as close to the delivery address as possible. The lorry will need to unload the pallet onto the kerb so please cater for this removing any obstacles prior to delivery.

If your address has limited or any sort of difficulty with regards to access, please make sure you let us know when placing your order.

It is important you understand that the goods become your responsibility at the point of delivery.

Please understand also that the national holidays in Spain are different to those in the UK, and of course will affect the delivery lead times accordingly.

SHIPPING CHARGES

The two available shipping options are;

  • Silver Shipping – delivery to the UK takes between 5-6 working days after collection in Spain.
  • Bronze Shipping – delivery to the UK takes between 8-9 working days after collection in Spain.

Typically orders received before 2:00pm on weekdays will be processed that same day for collection the following day. Orders placed after 2:00pm will be processed on the next business day for collection the following day.

 

  1. CANCELATION OF AN ORDER

You may cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which the products are delivered to your address as set out in your order. Products can be returned as long as they are in the original unopened box and sent back to Spain at your cost.

Prior to sending the material back to Pissano Ceramica, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract in writing within 30 days of receiving your goods, otherwise you will not be able to cancel the contract.

Unless the goods are faulty or mis-described in which case we will refund any reasonable costs you incur in returning the goods to us, the goods will need to be sent back to our factory in Spain at your cost and arrive to us at the following address within 14 days of your written notification of the cancellation.

The address for the returns is: Pissano Ceramica – Calle Navelate 43 Pol. Ind. Ull Fondo, 12539 Les Alqueries, Castellón, Spain.

Needless to say, we do not accept returns for tiles that have been installed, so ensure that all goods are checked carefully before installation.

Any reimbursements will be made using the same means of payment used to purchase the material, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You will always have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by this returns policy. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

 

RETURNS

If you receive damaged goods – over 5% – this is the industry standard permissible quantity due to the fragile nature of the goods – and you have not signed for your delivery as goods checked, or your delivery does not contain the tiles you ordered you will need to inform us within 48 hours of the delivery in writing and with several pictures. We will collect the goods and either refund you or send replacements to you.

We will only accept back and credit full unused boxes in perfect factory condition delivered to our factory in Spain within 30 days of the invoice date.

  1. GUARANTEES

PISSANO CERÁMICA offers the legal guarantee in line with the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007,  November 16th, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

 

  1. SPECIAL POINTS TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT:
  • All goods must be checked prior to installation, Pissano Ceramica will not accept any claims after the tiles have been installed unless there are non-visible defects.
  • Ceramic products vary in shade, tolerance and calibration. These variances in textures and colours do not make the product defective, it is inherent of this kind of natural product.

It is your responsibility to ensure suitability and quantities prior to installation. Pissano Ceramica will not assume responsibility should insufficient amounts are purchased, or the tiles are not suitable for the purpose they have been purchased.

  • Shades will change from one production to the next, no one shade can be identically manufactured for a second time. Therefore, we always recommend that you order slightly more tiles in case there are damages, or you decide to cover more area as Pissano Ceramica cannot guarantee the exact same shade for a future order.
  • Installation arrangements should be made once the goods have arrived from Spain. Although we will do our very best to ensure delivery is made at the date stipulated, our shippers may be faced with extraordinary conditions which may lead to a delay Pissano cannot be responsible for any failure to meet the delivery date or for any cost incurred to the customer.
